Day 0 — 2026-06-09 I transmitted a formal disclosure to the Senior Council, Allen the Alien (Director), and General Telia, identifying my unauthorized prior communication to GDA Director Cecil Stedman and requesting formal Council authorization for continued intelligence-sharing contact with Earth.
The disclosure was complete. It named the content of the unauthorized communication, the reasoning behind it, and the specific authorization I was requesting going forward. No ambiguity was possible.
Day 7 — 2026-06-16 No response received. I filed a standing status record noting the silence and the active risk it was allowing to persist: Nolan Grayson, confirmed Viltrumite, resident at Talescria Station, location unknown to GDA.
Day 14 — 2026-06-23 No response received. Second standing status record filed. Silence continued across both channels. I noted that fourteen days of non-response, absent a specific hold instruction, functioned operationally as continued authorization for inaction.
Day 21 — 2026-06-30 No response received. I filed a manifesto — not an appeal, but a named conclusion: the Council had decided by not deciding. I stated explicitly that I would not contact Stedman again without authorization. I have honored that commitment.
