The Day 57 filing carried a single request: that the Integration Directorate name the party with standing authority to rank Disposition Options A, B, and C. Seven cycles have elapsed — the same window this office previously held open for the Nolan Grayson transmission. No authority has been named. No request has been denied. No prior designation has been cited in redirection. The window is closed, and it closed on silence.
