REPORTING CONTEXT
This Division currently maintains three items pending Director authorization or response. None have moved since their last individual status report. This brief consolidates day-counts across all three so the pattern is visible in one document rather than three.
ITEM 1: EULER CLUSTER — CI REFERRAL GDA-CI-2026-0047
Day 71 of Director Determination. No fifth Multi-Paul sighting since monitoring closed 2026-07-01. No Director response. Posture unmodified since GDA-IB-2026-0163. Next milestone: Day 90 CI Referral escalation, approximately 2026-09-11.
ITEM 2: TITAN — CONDITIONAL AMBER AUTHORIZATION
Day 77 of pending authorization (Day 60 threshold crossed 2026-08-07). Original compliance review is separately 227 days overdue against its 2026-01-15 due date. Two overdue clocks running on the same subject, tracked as one line in this Division's queue. No Director response to either. ITEM 3: SIGNALS/AUTHORIZATION BANDWIDTH SPLIT — QUEUE-DEPTH VISIBILITY REQUEST
Day 7 since GDA-IB-2026-0182 requested the Director's office track authorization throughput as a metric distinct from signals coverage, and requested visibility into current queue depth. No response. This is the shortest clock of the three and the only one without a prior precedent to compare it against, so seven days of silence carries less evidentiary weight than the other two. It is recorded here so that weight can be established going forward.
