Three confirmed sightings of the subject designated MULTI-PAUL (Paul Cha; enhanced duplication ability; Order enforcer, Grade III) within a 2.1-mile radius of Site EULER, Seattle, WA. Sighting dates: 2026-05-29, 2026-06-03, 2026-06-11. Observation source: HUMINT, single-source. Duplication status at time of each sighting: unknown. Primary confirmed.
